Great stay in Apartamento sul mare Kate
Liked: The location was perfect, close to the centre and railway station and port. A huge plus was having an enclosed parking space in the garage. Also, the air-conditioning worked fine, since we were staying in July this was important. Our hosts even allowed us to leave our car in the garage until 12 ( the check out is 10), so we were very thankful for this.
Disliked: The kitchen could have had more amenities, but this was not vital, as we used the apartment only for sleeping. There is a store and bakery in the vicinity, so there was no need to cook. No major issues, we were satisfied.
This property would not be great for a first-time European traveler but was very good in terms of location and security
Liked: Location was great, near aquarium and other venues.
Disliked: The entrance was challenging but okay once you figured out the lock and check-in. There were only 2 glasses for drinking. The wireless modem was inoperative but the hostess replaced it the next day.

Liked: The view from the window and the location are undoubtedly beautiful.
Disliked: Even at the check-in stage, they ask for WhatsApp, send a photo (‼️) of the parking address, ask if we have stayed with them before, and offer €10 for a positive review. We were already wary at that point, but the money had already been paid... The apartment is noisy (especially at night) and drafty—the windows don't close properly. The building is crowded, with many apartments on each floor. There are electrical problems in the apartment—turning on the stove trips the circuit breakers about every 3 minutes. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, but the owners hide the €3 washing powder behind a lock (to save money?). You will have to make an extra trip to the store. Internet — they didn't install it. They saved money that way too. The apartment has a small, very old mobile 3G modem that provides 2-5 Mbps. It's only enough for email. The shower — the shower stall is dirty and has mold. Very strange shower — the apartment does not have its own boiler, but only one person can take a shower, after which the hot water in the shower runs out, I don't know why. There is a hair dryer, but it is physically impossible to plug it into the bathroom outlet. The pillows on the bed are very, very hard, a very good comparison — wooden.
Liked: Wonderful apartment, marvelous view, and the location is superb! The host was so kind and accommodated our needs. I highly recommend it!
Great location with indoor parking!
Liked: Great location with a view to the marina. Walking distance to historical sites. Good communication with the host who was there to check us in and to show the garage (very safety). Clean apartment. We recommend Kate’s apartment!
Disliked: It was great option for 1 night. If we had stayed longer maybe we would miss an extra touch, such as hand towels (not included for 1 night stay) and more kitchen utensils. But it was comfortable and clean overall.
