Liked: The host is an amazing person, warm and helpful. Offering the best stay.
Liked: The residence location is quite close to the Principe station and walking distance from the old Genoa. Our host Leonardo was friendly and informative. He also prepared our breakfasts.

Liked: Leonardo is a really welcoming and warm person. Felt at home immediately.
Disliked: The bed bowed like a hammock and it was hot. No AC, only fans in the room.
OK for one stop over
Liked: It's a big old apartment transformed in B&B with several bedrooms, 2 share bathrooms and a little kitchen. Very clean apartment, big bedrooms. Wifi OK. Breakfast OK. Leonardo was very welcoming and friendly and gives you good advices.
Disliked: No AC, the host installed a lot of fans everywhere but with 35C outside it was still hot in the room. The apartment is on the 4th floor without lift. I did not like the share bathroom (but they were perfectly clean). The kitchen is too small if several guests want to take the breakfast at same time. Not the best location, very noisy with a lot of traffic, strange people and prostitution in the street. Hard to find a free place to park.
Liked: Friendly staff. Great view. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: No elevator. Hot at night in the summer, but there was a heat wave.
