  Given we only had two days, location wasn’t ideal for exploring historic city center. The neighborhood is lovely

  Liked: Nice, residential area, Clean. Good breakfast.

  Disliked: A bit far from the historic center Very narrow bathroom Too many keys for multiple doors Would be nice to access to kettle in the common breakfast room

  Wonderful stay highly recommended

  Liked: Great property. It ticked every box. Great value. Great communication. Super breakfast. Very very lovely bedroom with a cute balcony. Absolutely everything you want. Great location. Secure parking and reasonable cost. Close to the sea. Very Nice neighbourhood.

  Comfortable spot up the street from the sea in Genoa

  Liked: My cousin and I were visiting Genoa but did not want to stay in the center of the city. This place, a short bus ride from the center of town and a short walk to Boccadasse along the water fit what we wanted to a T. Though we checked ourselves in (more and more the case in Italy), and some of the directions seemed confusing, once we were in, it was a comfortable spot from which to explore all of the wonders of Genoa. We did get to meet Francesca (the owner) before we left, and she was delightful. It was the wonderful Cassandra who took care of us daily at the B&B bringing an incredible spread of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, focaccia, meats, cereal, etc. for our breakfast. She was friendly and accommodating to our different needs (early breakfast before a cooking class we had signed up for, e.g.) The parking, once we found it, was easy to navigate. And the rooms, were very comfortable. There were only two that we saw (on our floor), so we had it private to us since we had booked two rooms. We would return in a heartbeat!

  Disliked: The room and facilities provided was not worth the money, the furniture was old, the fridge did not work and cool the drinks, I had the same breakfast every day with extremely limited and poor options, I was falsely accused of a coffee stain in one of the bedrooms that I did not even drink coffee in, the doors were extremely squeaky, the toilet did not work properly and the water ran continuously- I would never go there ever again, extremly bad experience.

  Great location in quiet area just off the seafront

  Liked: These are clean & very well located rooms, just a short walk away from the seafront and located on the third floor of a smart older building (with historic lift). Francesca was accommodating of our changed circumstances and communicates well, despite our having a slight misunderstanding. The nearby parking is a great benefit.

  Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like about the property but there were two things that I would clarify for others. Firstly, this three bedroom apartment is potentially shared by two sets of renters. We hadn't realised this. One is situated in the main double bedroom and the other the adjacent two bedroom 'suite'. Both share the foyer/lounge and breakfast room. I had not realised the apartment was shared with others and this led to confusion. Some clarity (such as signs on the bedroom doors) might help. Secondly, the car parking spaces are quite tight & narrow. We were driving a UK Mercedes C class and getting out of the car required some physical gymnastics as we couldn't turn the car once in the gated location, stay parked within the allocated space and open the drivers door! Despite these two comments, we would happily stay again if passing this way.
