  Liked: Location is great - only a few minutes to the city center or Genova brignole train station.

  Disliked: Air stream of AC was focused directly on bed. Noise from other rooms can be heard.

  Liked: Great location. Owner very responsive and helpful. All needed information was provided on time. Well-organised and practical breakfast boxes. Maybe for longer stays, to ask for sligthly varied breakfast. This was feasible without any problem. We enjoyed our stay in this small hotel and facilities. Including functioning aircon. To enter the building: clear instructions received.

  Disliked: Perhaps, to double-check how often the linen or towels could be changed for longer stays. To warn some guests not to sit in the main lobby in front of the room and making noise the night. This happened only once. To put a post it etc

  Perfect for a 1 night stopover in Genoa

  Liked: Great location, good size room, lift to apartment

  Disliked: Bad sound insulation, so you can hear people coming and going. Very bad coffee capsules
