Exceptional
Excellent choice to be near the airport
Liked: The owner was great! Excellent communication from staff and spacious apartment. The walking distance to airport.
Disliked: There were no larger cups to have tea, only tiny espresso coffee cups.
It’s okay
Liked: I liked the contactless check-in to the apartments. Availability of heating, hot water.
Disliked: I didn’t like the lack of slippers, as the floors were very cold, I had to walk in shod - this is a big minus. Also, shampoo and shower gel are not provided, this is the first time I meet this.
Exceptional
Liked: The apartments were comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there. There is even an iron and ironing board. The owner was always in touch.
Disliked: The pillow felt solid to me. On the contrary, someone likes such pillows.
Short but very nice stay
Liked: Very nice apartment in center of Genua, It's close to everywhere. Very good contact with host by whatsapp. There is a kitchen in the apartment. It's also extremly fast and stable wifi connection. It's 3 room apartment, as a single bussiness traveller I've just use 1 room, It's much better if you travel with whole family
Disliked: Very tight elevator, not easy to use with tons of luggage.
Very clean and spacious
Liked: The pictures depict perfectly what the appartment havs to offer, allowing potential guests to make an informed decision. It was very clean and spacious. The location close to public transportations made it very easy for us to get there without a car.
