  Liked: Missed it because they did not wake me up when I asked for a wake up cl

  Disliked: The front staff did not explain where to eat or that the restaurants did not open till 6 pm and I was out at 5pm Everything looked dismal

  A great choice/all the quality of

  Liked: Location was just a two minute walk to aquarium. Outstanding breakfast room with wide variety and Edith the server was exceptional at restocking and keeping flow of guests satisfied. The room was very clean and bedding and pillows were fantastic.

  Disliked: Perfume smell in lobby a bit strong and WiFi was really difficult in the room. Had to go to lobby to access! may just be the heavy concrete walls!

  Disliked: Bed was smaller than advertised. Room was extremely loud and when we asked to have a different room away from the street we were laughed at.

  Thank you to the staff and especially Michaele for having a pleasant disposition and honest advice?

  Liked: The hotel was about 12 - 15 mins walking distance from the train station; Also not far from the jetty. The room was exceptionally clean - sparkling. Good lighting in bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely and accommodating staff.

  Disliked: The broken treadmill in the gym.
