  Misleading, inconvenient

Disliked: Very disappointing. Unclean as blonde hairs over the towels (I’m not blonde) and a curtain rail clip found in the bed. The kettle didn’t work and the kitchen was bare, very little there. The stains on the couch weren’t pleasant. But worse of all the boiler didn’t work so not hot water for our stay - the host then told me twice to calm down (maybe language barrier?) but I was politely asking for help on how to get this sorted. I didn’t hear back and have yet to hear back regarding a partial refund to this awful stay. Photos are misleading.
