Fabulous
Excellent stay, wonderful business
Liked: This is very good hotel at a great location, everything is reachable either by foot or with public transport. The building is very old and has beautiful ceilings. The room was quite outdated, and we had issues with hot water, but these were resolved promptly by the stuff. This is where I want to emphasize how absolutely wonderful the customer service is at this hote, which for me is much more importnat than anything else. Firstly, all my questions were addressed promptly by Tiziana, who also helped us on the check in. Secondly, on our last day, we had a red alert storm and a late night flight. Pietro went way beyond expected and arranged for us to stay in the room until our departure. The owner of the hotel allowed this without additional fee, considering the situation we got stuck in due to bad weather. This was not expected and it shows that these people put their customers' experience, safety and comfort first. I wish more businesses had this attitute, it saved out last day of the holiday and we left safe and with such a pleasant feeling because of these wonderful people. I will definitely recommend staying in this hotel because of their attitude to guests, professionalism and overal great experience. THANK YOU!

Really enjoyed our stay
Liked: Very close to the main Principe train station. Massive bedroom with AC and good bathroom. Good selection of bars and cafes around and you must try Ugo takeaway below the hotel... Best Pesto ever, you can eat it in the hotel dinning room. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and not expensive at all. I would stay here again if I came back to Genoa.
Disliked: Only the 56 stairs up to the hotel... 5 flights in total 😁 So not good if you have mobility issues, otherwise place is excellent.

Liked: The location near the train station was very practical. The staff were friendly. The room had a beautiful painted ceiling.
Disliked: The air conditioning was old and didn’t really work very well on a very hot night
