Pleasant
NEVER AGAIN!!! Zero communication! I haven’t stayed and they didn’t even want to change dates! SOLDI BUTTATI!!
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything. How can I give you a positive feedback if you didn’t even give me a chance to stay? Zero communication! I had an emergency and asked to change dates, I tried to contact you via direct message, email, phonecall! I even contacted customer service to help me get to you but nothing! And when you did answer you just give a VERY COLD NO. You just got my money and didn’t even messaged me! So for me it’s a BIG NO too. Never again will I book this room.

Never again
Liked: The conditions were good.
Disliked: As we walked in there was the most disgusting smell of cigarettes I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. It was absolutely impossible to breathe inside. Given the fact that one of my friends is a smoker, usually the smell doesn’t bother us that much. But this one was completely different. We had to open the windows at 2 degrees Celsius for hours and hours in order for the smell to go. Some hours later, with a really cold room and less of a strong smell, I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water.
