Exceptional
Lovely ApartHotel style in a great location
Liked: Great location, species room and a nice breakout room for tea and snacks. Very high ceilings it all feel very authentic as you are off the main Raod into the small streets next to the port.
Disliked: The showers could be a little bit more fixed as the drain was broken. I would say overall not much to complain about. All was in place and working.
Clean and stylish stay in central location
Liked: Lovely historic building very tastefully renovated. Friendly staff and central location.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great location, near train station and the harbour. Place has coffee machine, milk, water and tea. Kitcen is ready with everything
The perfect Genoa base
Liked: A great base for boat trips and to explore the old town on foot. Easy and quick journey from the station. Beautifully restored and unique building, very clean and a great welcome and check in. Very responsive service when I needed an issue fixing. I hope to come back!
Comfortable and friendly & great location
Liked: Loved the location and friendly and helpful welcome I got from Alice. Also liked having the kitchen facilities
Disliked: Wash basin was in an odd place & not many hooks to hang things
Perfect stay for one night
Liked: We stayed only one night and it was perfect. Very central location, close to the parking place. Fridge in room and shared kitchen were plus. Communication went smooth.
Disliked: Mattress - you fell to the soft hole in the middle. Sides were ok but the middle part were not comfy.
