Fabulous
good place for several nights staying
Liked: modern room in old building. nice location. there is public parking near the hotel. very attentive staff

Genova is a nice city to visit and I would recommend this hotel. Be sure to park for 20€ a day
Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: They claimed they had parking available but did not say that it costs 20€ a day. We parked legally on the street and our car was broken into.
Liked: Position is very good the staff was very nice and helpful for any request. Quite clean. Breakfast was basic but ok. Bathroom was also ok with a nice shower. Room was quite large. No street noise, very silent (facing internal courtyard)
Disliked: Forniture are very basic, sometime you can hear noise from other rooms or corridor. Just one type of soap, to be used both as shampoo and as shower soap. No hair conditioner.
A very nice place to stay in Genoa
Liked: The room was clean and spacious. Location was good, with several dining options nearby, shopping, and the train station just around 10 minutes away. Staff were mostly friendly amd accommodating, especially the lady serving breakfast. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated that we can get hot and cold drinking water at any time of the day.
Disliked: All good.
Great location
Liked: Great location for tourist sites, with an easy walk to the station. Breakfast offered barista coffee, lovely pastries, fruit and rolls. Room and Bathroom newly renovated. Tight spacing around the bed. Very good aircon.
Clean and friendly hotel with a very nice breakfast
Liked: Breakfast was great. The freshly baked rolls and pastries were outstanding. Also available were hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and cold cuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor is minimalist Italian design, very clean. Location is good, between the Brignole station and the old town. I would definitely stay there again, if business brings me back to Genoa.
Disliked: Had to drag my suitcases up several steps from the street and cope with a small elevator.
