  Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent — just a two-minute walk from the train station in Genoa. It is very convenient for exploring the city, and the views are amazing, including a beautiful view of the lighthouse and the city itself. We really enjoyed the location and found it very practical. The only thing that disappointed me was the attitude of one of the staff members. I felt that the way I was spoken to was somewhat unfriendly and prejudiced, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe every guest should be treated with the same respect and courtesy. Overall, the location is definitely a big advantage, and the hotel has great potential.

  Nice staff. Elevator. Good price. Jumped off to Cinque Terre from there

  Disliked: A little uphill from San Genovese train station. I had a lot of luggage.

  Liked: Nice air-conditioning in a spacious room. A bar fridge to keep a cold beverage when needed

  Disliked: Bad mould smell that gets you when entering the reception area and along the corridors and lift area. Location is close to Genoa station but getting to the hotel in quite a lot of stairs especially when carrying luggage. The area around the station has some bad elements

  Terrible. Would not stay here again

  Liked: The room had good AC that could be set to be pretty cold to assist with sleep. Also, they provided enough towels and washcloths.

  Disliked: The front desk staff was horrendous, there is no elevator and the rooms are up 5 flights of stairs. The city is extremely dangerous especially at nighttime. The shower head is broken. The mattress was filthy. No parking
