  A clean, well located hotel with pleasant staff

  Liked: The room and hotel in general was super clean and the towels were changed every day upon request. The staff were extremely pleasant and always ready to assist. Good location with only a 10 minute walk to the centre.

  Disliked: There could be a little more variety at breakfast and also a floor standing bigger room fridge in order to place water in to keep cool. The one we had in the room was located high up next to the wall mounted tv and was very narrow, small and was not cold enough to chill the water.

  Liked: The rooms were good and clean. Very basic, but perfectly functional. The location was very nice as it's between the city center and Boccadasse, with a bus stations that services both locations just a minute or two away. There is a general goods store across street and some restaurants nearby. The reception staff was nice, the breakfast had limited options but it was good. We stayed here during our week long train trip through several countries, and the experience here matched the other hotels at this same price point.

  Disliked: The breakfast staff didn't speak english, but this wasn't a huge issue for us since our only communication with her was whether we wanted coffee or not. The elevator was tiny and old so we mostly avoided it, which was fine since we were not high up.

  Liked: Friendly staff

  Disliked: Location was a little bit out of the centre. However, could easily walk to the centre and beach.
