Fabulous
near the train station and the city center, an old building without an elevator
Liked: Location
Disliked: There is no elevator, soundproofing is poor, and the window cannot be opened because it is too close to a window in another building where people are constantly smoking.
Great hotel
Liked: Friendly welcome and great location
Great choice for your stay
Liked: The hotel is nicely situated. Our room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. All of the staff were helpful, smiley, positive and accommodating people. We recommend the place:))
Liked: Save parking area, very nice staff!!
Sorry that will not be coming again
Liked: Alfa 166 can pass through! And once at the hotel there is ample parking and most friendly family running the place! Beds, bathroom, wifi all eccellente.
Disliked: Genova mayor and her pro'amas stance
Charming family run hotel, quiet yet central, gave me the feeling of being in “real” Italy
Liked: Family run hotel, the owners really care that you enjoy your stay. It’s unpretentious but the rooms have been recently decorated to a high standard and have used top quality furnishing ( Smeg fridge and kettle for example ) and it has a large shower, comfortable bed with fine bedlinen. The hotel is central to the old town and has gated parking on site, which was important for us. ( If you are arriving by car, you need to access the hotel and it’s car park down a narrow alley, it’s perfectly drivable but at first look you may think it’s not the right place.
