Very good
Quite comfortable in good location
Liked: I had single room, not too small. A/C. Large bench to keep your things with a lamp. Simple wardrobe with a few hangers. Night light. Good bathroom, hair-dryer. OK Wi-fi. ~1km from train station.
Disliked: With your luggage it's a bit awkward to get in/out of small elevator. They didn't send me code to open the 'street door'. Once again another hotel in Italy where TV has only Italian language channels 😬
Liked: The hotel is really well located in Genoa, especially if you're travelling by train. There was a really nice outside terrace and a lovely inside lounge space with double-height ceiling and some quirky decorations (and an aquarium) which gave it personality. We appreciated the little fridge in the room as well. It was exactly what we needed and we're happy to recommend it.
Disliked: The lift is very small and watch out for the doors, which bruised me on the way out (not the hotel's fault though!). The reading lights in our bedroom seemed to have been put on the wrong way round, but we only stayed for one night so it wasn't a problem.

Liked: Close to the station and a few places to eat nearby. A lovely roof terrace to sit on and listen to the city
Disliked: Hidden in a large building, it feels very strange. There was a power cut when we was out one night and it took a lot of calls to get somebody to come and open the door. The area is not the best as I could see people passed out on the church steps from my window. Basic room
