  Amazing, friendly hotel close to the station

  Liked: The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was located really close to the train station, so we felt safe arriving late at nigjt before we had got to know the city.

  Disliked: The hotel is located on a main road through the city, so the traffic was loud, but the double glazing worked well.

  Liked: Excellent, friendly, staff. Ready with recommendations. I unfortunately always have extra requests which were accommodated without hesitation. (Need both fridge and freezer space) Love being next to the train station.

  Disliked: Had to ask for the room temp to be colder--you can't control this yourself. Beds were OK, but no more.

  Great location, clean, comfortable, quiet with a wonderful staff. I’d stay again

  Liked: It was such a convenient location for both the train station and port. A very easy walk to both.

  Liked: There are lots of hotels near the train station, but this is one of the best. Clean and modern, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a stopover or for exploring the port of Genoa

  Liked: Very close to the station and main points in the city, room was clean and comfy and amenities were okay, although a coffee machine would’ve been great.
