Disliked: I had a room in the oldest part of the hotel, and it had noises related to mechanical sounds next door at night and from 5 am. I told the boy at the desk after the first night, he was very nice, but the problem wasn't solve, and said they couldn't change me the room because they were full. The girl next morning at the desk didn't seem to care I could hardly sleep during two nights, and the answer was they couldn't fix it, because it was friday. There's also one elevator for max 100k, so you have to be patient and take your time to take it.

we really enjoyed Genua and the hotel is well located!
Liked: very good location, helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed and quiet.
Disliked: You can't park in front of the hotel to unpack your car, you have to park it first. We didn't know - maybe missed that information - but once we knew, it was perfect.
