Amazing staff and amazing value to my money
A very nice hotel!
Liked: The central location. The decor inside rooms and around the hotel, as well as cleanliness throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: Excellent location and friendly owners
Disliked: Poor wi fi
Very cosy, family-run hotel. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Genoa!
Liked: I got my stay extended and room upgraded at no additional cost! The staff was lovely, always greeted me with a genuine smile and gave great recommendations. The location was perfect - both train stations are easy to reach, all attractions nearby, and the hotel itself is in a quiet street. The facilities are indeed quite old, but they are very well kept and super clean.
Disliked: There was AC in the room but it was quite loud, not really an option for the night.
