  Disliked: Shower too small and room 103 was next door to were on a morning the washing up from the breakfast was done with staff talking.

  Not as good as it looks on photos

  Liked: Location, nice reception area, baggage store. Good restaurant opposite.

  Disliked: Room dark, all needed redecorating, fairly bathroom clean but old, cracked tiles with black mold in places, cracked wonky loo seat, cock roach in shower. Window n sill had not been cleaned for a long time.

  Liked: All in all a nice little hotel with a decent price. The breakfast was pretty good for a small hotel and it had more than just pastries so we got our tummys full.

  Disliked: The biggest negative thing was the old windows. You could hear everything from the street, almost like the window was open. Earplugs are a necessity. We also didn’t like that there wasn’t a duvet cover on the bed just a sheet and a bedcover.

  Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, with a little fridge if needed. Hotel is few minutes by walking from Genova Piazza Principe train station. To reach the old town it is also easy, about 10 min walking.

  Liked: Excellent location close to station. Plenty of restaurants nearby

  Disliked: Very dark in the rooms of our suite. Electric lights set to turn off automatically after a short while
