Good
Liked: Helpful and kind staff; cleanness; quiet and cozy neighborhood.
Disliked: The bathroom needs to be repaired: the shower was hanging by a piece of wire and the sink drain was broken. Besides, the room door closes by itself and I got lock outside the room once; hopefully, the staff came quick to help me out.

The quality exceeded my expectations

Friendly hosts, but a terrible experience due to the odor and lack of cleanliness
Liked: The hostess and her son were very friendly and kind people
Disliked: No elevator. The room was far too small for 4 people. There was a terrible, unbearable smell throughout the building that caused severe headaches and kept me awake. Towels were torn, kitchenware was dirty, and hangers were sticky. The entrance and hallways were dark and narrow, blocked by 4 large sacks. The photos do not match reality at all.
Very good for a short stay for couples or single travellers
Liked: Very clean, nice staff, realatvely comfortable, great localization, spacious shower, good value for money.
Disliked: A room could be a bit larger and the entrance to the building is a bit too complicated, but these are not major problems.

Disliked: The room was not a non smoking room. The entire room including the linen on the bed had a strong cigarette smell.
