Fabulous

Liked: The location, a short walk to Genoa main shopping and restaurant area, close to Principe train station and walking distance to a Cruise terminal. The receptionist, the host in the breakfast room have been very kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, and clean, the breakfast is gerat. The hotel is perfekt for Genoa city trip
Wonderful time in Genoa!
Liked: Staff was helpful and couteous.
Liked: The location is optimal: nearby the railway station and in several minutes walk from the historical centre. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were quite good. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.
Super clean hotel room and nice location
Liked: The hotel location is very good and close to train station. The room is so super clean and very nice. Really recommend this hotel. Full of breakfast choices are available. Recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
5 mins walk to Stazione Principe. Roomy. Clean. Welcoming. Thank you
Liked: Initially chose as close to Stazione Principe. Such a good choice. Easy access. Great communication. Lovely reception. Good spacious room. Good breakfast. Everything you need for a clean comfortable stay near to station. Walkable 5 mins.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with a family or coming by car and need parking. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The lack of suitable parking is a major problem, particularly for families with children. Unfortunately, this is an experience I would never want to repeat. I strongly advise families and anyone traveling by car to look elsewhere. There are much better options available for the same price.
