  Stay away from this place!

  Liked: The whole place was dirty and disgusting. I have booked the place for 4 days, but left after a few hours because it was so dirty. The kitchen was covered with fat and shit from cooking. The fridge was dirty, and I found mould inside. The bathroom was full of mould and something that looked like mouse shit. I did ask for a full refound, but the owner says no. That is so not ok. I had to leave this place and book another place. Booking.com rate this place 4/5, my rate is 0/5. they call themselves «smarthomes». Be smart- stay away!! Se my picks feather down.

  Liked: The place, La Casetta di Hiera by smart home was very good, spacious and comfortable, with convenient location.

  Disliked: Parking was hard, we couldn't use the stove as there were no instructions, and as it was December,it was a little bit cold inside

  Place has many amenities suited for families, but bad location and not very clean

  Liked: There were many amenities which were very good for families including toys, kids chairs, books, washing machine, etc.

  Disliked: We only had one fan, and we had to go buy the second fan ourselves. The host refunded us the money, but still, when on vacation I don't want to think about these things. The place was also very dirty. There was a lot dust, kitchen cutleries were very dirty, etc. Also the location is very bad. From the parking it's a steep walk to the apartment.
