Liked: The location is close to the city center

Disliked: It is difficult to park but it is the compromise with the location in city centre

Liked: - very central - check out is normally at 10, but the owners were flexible for me to check out slightly later - apartment is quite large, and has the basics you need for few nights stay

Disliked: - parking in the area is really hard and expensive.. plus one way street, so if you can't find the parking space, you need to travel back for 10 minutes... - the shower is fixed to the ceiling, that is really inconvenient - apartment not perfectly isolated, that can be a problem if the neighbouring guests are loid

Fair accommodation in a convenient location

Liked: Good location at the edge of the old city.

Disliked: Unfortunately the WiFi broke a day before I left. Staff tried to fix it but it ended up being referred to the phone company and wasn't fixed before I left.

  Excellent room, Exceptional host

Liked: 1. The room: the room was very comfortable with a clean bed, a mini fridge, sockets by the bedside, and a TV. And the TV has Netflix:) 2. The AC: Highly functioning air conditioner was the highlight in this scorching weather of Italy in August. 3. The Host: I have been to many hotels but the host of this one was THE MOST HELPFUL one. We were there for our special occasion as a couple and requested electric kettle so that we don't have to go outside each time for coffee and she arranged that. We also asked for a steamer and she arranged that too. Then we asked her to keep our luggage after the checkout time as we had our flixbus later and she arranged that too. In short, she was the most accommodating.

Disliked: There is not a single thing that we did not like

  Liked: Everything was great!!

Disliked: The only downside was that the window was looking to the "light well" in the building, not outside. Not rare for Italy though.
