Our stay was very pleasant. We really appreciated having an accessible reception, as everything went
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, with easy access to the airport bus and train station, making it convenient to visit Camogli and Portofino. There were also great seafood restaurants nearby. The reception was very helpful, even when we arrived late at 11 p.m. We called and were able to get inside immediately. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the staff were very friendly. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily recommend this place!
Disliked: The bathroom was spacious, but the washbasin was quite small and tucked into a corner, and the shower cabin was also rather small. There seemed to be enough space to make both more comfortable. The shower cabin also had visible water marks, suggesting it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, which was a little unpleasant. As for noise, the soundproofing was limited, and we could hear our neighbours coming and going and using the bathroom. However, we experienced similar noise levels in other hotels in Italy, so this seems fairly common and is simply something to be aware of.
Liked: A hotel located on the 4th floor of a tenement building; accessible by elevator. The room was fine, but in the bathroom, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the grout between the tiles was black in some places. The neighborhood is decent, and it is very close to the train station.
Liked: The room is perfect, I booked a single bed room but bed is large enough for two so I got me some girls that evening.
Very clean, affordable accommodation close to old town and sights
Liked: A small, affordable room was a great choice for us for a night in Genova. The building is well situated within a walking distance of sights and a parking lot. I especially appreciated cleanliness (sheets, towels, bathroom...) and I would gladly recommend it to couples and individual travelers. The host was kind and easy to communicate with.
