The range of high humidity around 90% and air conditioning did not work well and all the apartment was wet, our clothes

  Liked: The location

Disliked: The range of high humidity around 90% and air conditioning did not work well and all the apartment was wet, our clothes became wet and full of humidity, even the bed sheets and the floor covering were totally wet. anytime I wrote and asked someone to change the air conditioner setting they responded we late, after 1 day for example. we were blocked and stuck inside the lift, a child, an old woman and a disabled man and we were suffocating, we barely had air inside, it was extremely hot and humid exactly just like sauna and first they did not respond us and after 30 minutes someone from outside found us and asked help.

Great location, staff but issue with room moisture

Liked: Location was excellent, even direct surrounding in front of hotel at night might look different. Room spacious. Staff friendly and quick. Parking in Marina Porto Antico doscounted per 25 euros/ day.

Disliked: Even property messaged us before arrival in case of questions, I'd welcomed arrrival instructions into app on where to park or where's the reception, etc. so we didn't need to ask basic questions. Overall rating is heavily affected by status of apt 12 where we stayed for one night. Apt was extremely moist and in bathroom there was technically water which you swiped with towel but was back there in hour time. Result of this was mould on ceilings and overall humidity in apt. We stayed just one night and all our clothes was smelling like if we spent week in cellar. I do wish it was issue just of that particular apt but chances are small...

Liked: Great apartment. Staff were great and easily accessible.

Disliked: The location was handy to the marina area but is very sketchy. The small laneways around it are unpleasant due to being used as a urinal at night. Not the hotels fault but made moving through the vack streets quite unpleasant.

Liked: Beautiful clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff when checking in. Use the main streets when heading to the accommodation and be careful of maps showing shortcuts to the property.
