excellent location but poor sleeping comfort and lack of cleanliness
Liked: The only real positive aspect of this accommodation is its location, which is very convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, beyond that, our experience was disappointing.
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed in the living area, which was of very poor quality. It might be bearable for a single night, but I would definitely not recommend it to anyone with back problems. The table was also sticky and clearly not properly cleaned.

Disliked: DO NOT GO HERE! Where to even start with this place. The hotelroom looks ok at first, but we quickly realized the bed was actually two separate, small 1 person mattresses on two very dirty and somehow too big bedframes shoved together and made up as a double bed. Not even 30 minutes after lying down and trying to get comfortable the mattresses started to move away from each other leaving a moat between us. The loose sheet covering them came loose, leaving us sleeping on uncovered mattresses. The pillows are tiny and flat as pancakes. Yes, there’s extra throw-pillows but those are covered in a polyester case, the ones you get to decorate your house. Not sleep on. I ended up sleep deprived after three nights of this nightmare. Bonus points for not changing the sheets or making up the bed even though we left out the sign asking to do so while they were working on cleaning the place TWICE. Then the bathroom situation: looks fine at first. At least our room had the en suite instead of the external bathroom for the next room. That also was a lot of fun, having other guests stomping up and down in front of our door slamming the bathroom door shut at all hours of the night. At least theirs seemed fresh and clean. Our bathroom had a giant leak over the bidet and it absolutely reeks of mold. It stank up the whole room. The toilet seat wasn’t fastened so that was going everywhere any time you try to sit down on it. and there was black debris (also mold?) in the shower cabin. Yes, there is aircon but holy hell is it loud. I always use earplugs to fall asleep but still the noise it made kept waking me up. I had to turn it down and jam my earplugs in deeper to cancel it out and stay cool at the same time. The wifi is also bad, like a dripfeed of internet, which caused my phone battery to drain when using it. Then the hospitality part. Again, first impressions were good. We were promised 24hr reception. Come to find that they meant ‘digital’ reception through whatsapp.

Liked: Good location a few minutes walk from harbour area..Room of good size and comfortable bed..air con fine. Separate private bathroom just down the hall with excellent walk in shower..
Disliked: Nothing in particular..just stayed the one night.
