  Humble hotel in the heart of Genova’s Ghetto neighbourhood

  Liked: The staff are nice and friendly and the theme of the hotel was thought off really well and they all blend together. It is near the Central station which both a positive and negative. Also the location is walking distance to near Piazza and museums. At the back entrance is direct Metro stop.

  Disliked: It is not their fault to be located there but outside is real Ghetto. The people outside do nothing to you, but they are talking outside for 24 hours. Like literally, I am waking up at 2am, 3am or 4am the shouting and voices from the outside don’t stop. Even when it rains, they are there. It’s a mixture or joblessness, poverty, and drug abuse outside. So if you are not used to this you will feel uncomfortable. There was one day the hot water did not work but it was fixed.

  Great place, great atmosphere, good access and security

  Liked: Great interior design, good room layout with lots of space.

  Disliked: Bathroom is big yet the shower was cramped, shower head holder was broken and the head was held up by zip ties. Mattress that i slept on had metal springs, they stabbed me every time I laid on the bed.

  Liked: The owners were nice. The room was nice and clean. The location is good, close to the train station plus to everything you need. This was good value for the price:)
