  Close to center, clean, good value for money, but private bathroom not convenient

  Liked: Owner was very friendly and accomodating. Even though he can't speak English well, it was easy to communicate with google translate. The buidling is quite centrally located, which is convenient. The room is spacious, the bed confortable and enough storage space. Everything was clean and tidy. I appreciated to be able to use the microwave oven and fridge available in the common area.

  Disliked: The private bathroom is not in the room or adjacent to the room, but down the hall crossing the common area, requiring a separate key to access it, which is not very convient especially for midnight bathroom brakes or with a small child. The noise isolation in the room is bad, street noise is loud and you can clearly hear conversations happening in the hallway. If someone from another room leaves early in the morning, you will certainly wake up. The front gate of the building is very difficult to open, the key gets stuck, it usually took me at least two minutes to open the gate.

  Good location but not good value

  Liked: Room size was good. The property is on the first floor - no lift. Location on a steep street in the historic centre was also good. The host, Enzo, was pleasant.

  Disliked: The air-conditioning system worked but its drainage system was poor, and once it flooded the room a little. We were expected to empty the overflow bottle, which filled fairly quickly. Our private bathroom/wc was at one end of the property, nowhere near our room. We had to walk through the common lounge/hallway, which other guests use, to reach it. There was no basin in the bedroom nor in the small kitchen area. The room overlooks a busy main road which was noisy except very late at night.

  Disliked: Next to a noisy street with little isolation, the bathroom is far from the room, the whole pace smelled like cigarette, the bed was large but not comfortable, the decoration is not tasteful...

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable from the start. The street outside is extremely noisy, making it hard to get any rest. There is no private bathroom, which was not clearly communicated, and overall the accommodation does not match the photos shown online. Additionally, the hosts were unfriendly and not helpful. Due to these issues, we decided to leave after just one night. I would not recommend this place.

  The area was nice and quite, it’s uphill keep in mind if you have lots of luggage. We were lucky to have a parking spot

  Disliked: Sadly the smell of tobacco inside the house. It smelled as if someone smoked in the house before we arrived.
