  Liked: Location fabulous, great view and near to supermarket. Lovely apartment with everything you needed. Very comfortable, light, spacious and quiet. Absolutely loved Genoa, so much to see and do and this was the best location to be.

  Disliked: Booked this a year in advance and I had a number of scam messages through WhatsApp and email so a bit concerned things would work out but they did and for that I am grateful as it really is a wonderful place to stay.

  Excellent communication. Clean central location. Close to Bus/ train station. Everything walkable. Delightful An

  Liked: Super position. Central to Genoa the cathedral, Basilica, so many beautiful churches. Walkable to Ferry where we were travelling on to Sicily. Walkable to principal train and bus station. We got train to snervi and walked back half way to Genoa. A really great apartment. Communication excellent. Lovely little balcony. Just perfect. Thank you.

  Could do better

  Liked: Location, view of the harbour, and the comfortable bed. Paolo, who met us on arrival, was friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The kitchen was very basic, and because there was no dish washer, some of the dishes were not very clean. The microwave wasn't clean, and the kitchen sink was badly stained. The bathroom needs an upgrade, a loose toilet, and a grubby shower. There is only one air con unit which is in the living area and no air con in the bedroom just a free standing fan. If you like your accommodation to have a collection of leftover food products in the kitchen cupboards and half bottles of toiletries in the bathroom, then this apartment might suit you. I am somewhat surprised that this accommodation has such a high rating.

  Modern apartment conveniently located with a little balcony overlooking Genova harbour

  Liked: Conveniently located close to the old town, in a quiet building, modern apartment with beautiful view over the harbour. The little balcony is a real bonus for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

  Liked: Loved the proximity to the old town, yet sat on our deck with a marina right in front of us. Plenty of space. Close to shop. Public transport reasonably close. Generous amounts of coffee etc.

  Very good central waterfront location. Great communication from the host

  Liked: The comfortable central location on the waterfront was excellent for our short stay prior to a cruise departing Genoa. We could walk to/from Principe train station, the Cruise terminal and use it to walk to many of the city attractions. Most importantly our host was very accommodating and provided excellent communication when our travel plans to Genoa were disrupted first by an airport strike and then by an airline flight cancellation.
