Good budget stay
Liked: Good budget stay, has everything you need.
Disliked: Room is a bit small.
location is good and the room is clean
the location, the staff and the room in general were good but there's room for improvement
Liked: the staff were great. Very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: the bed was too hard. the street noise was a bit loud especially with the students in front of the liceo in the morning before shool starts. It was impossible to get the right temperature in the shower and there was no electric tea kettle.
A lovely return visit to Genoa after the cruise
Liked: The hotel is located in a very good area, on Via Sauli, a pedestrian shopping street, very close to Brignole train station, with plenty of bars, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Our room, located on the third floor, was spacious, with high ceilings, quiet, and very clean.
Disliked: A table with chairs and a refrigerator would have been very useful additions to the room, as would drinking glasses — if not glass ones, then at least disposable cups. These are such basic necessities for tourists that, without them, guests are forced to purchase them from the nearby supermarkets. The hotel probably has the narrowest lift I have ever encountered in a hotel. It is extremely difficult for two people with luggage to fit inside and use it comfortably.
Liked: Great location for us right next to the train station since we didn't rent a car. We had a balcony with a view over the street, it was lively during the day and quiet at night. The rooms are not big, but enough to get some rest for busy days since there is so much to explore in Genova. Rooms were cleaned every day, and also new towels daily. Great much needed ac.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit to small, and the elevator had only room for 2-3 people.
