Very good
Great location, quintessential Italian accomodation for cinque terre
Liked: Ease of access, excellent location. Big comfortable beds. OK balcony. Hosts are responsive and easy to get hold of if you have any issues (fixed oven and tv not working within 24 hrs).
Disliked: All rooms apart from living room/bedroom2 have no windows, so feels dark, closed off and dingey. Kitchen is poorly equipped, and is not a particularly nice space given lack of natural light. Some areas of the decor look tired. That all said, I suspect this level of accomodation is the norm in cinque terre, representing the rustic and traditional feel of Italian accomodation in this part of Italy. But is poor value for money.
Liked: Perfect location, short walk to everything(train, shops, restaurants, sea, the Cinque Terre path). Very nice with a little veranda outside. There were good beds and large bedroom.
Disliked: Hard doors (entrance and bathroom) that scraped the floor and made noise when closing and opening. The bed base of the sofa bed was broken in one corner (by the feet), where it should be attached to the frame, it had no practical significance other than that you couldn't sit on it. It would have been nice to have a few more glasses and plates for use at meals, there were 6 of us.
Liked: Location was great. Clean and spacious. Definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Bathroom light was too dim.

Disliked: No dishwasher, no microwave, no washing machine. Lights were not working properly. Bathroom door was making lot of noise.

Great value!
Liked: The location is great! Close to Co-Op for groceries and in the middle of town for restaurants and train station.
Disliked: Dark hallway with stairs to climb. So we used our phone flashlights at night.
