Thank you for being so accommodating
Liked: Staff were wonderful. I had a lot of issues arranging transport around transport strikes. They were so accommodating to my super late check-in and helping to arrange a taxi. Breakfast was a coffee and croissant at a local cafe. I can say it was the best croissant I have had in my forty days in Italy. Easy access to Sassi. Lift available if needed. Simple accommodation. Shared balcony/common area.

Beautiful place in Matera
Liked: The breakfast is offered at an italian bar/gelateria nearby. It is very central, 400m from piazza Vittorio Veneto.
Disliked: no lift, but you can manage one floor

Disliked: Poor breakfast outside the hotel. No elevator. Unfriendly staff. Inproper towels.
Liked: Location was close to Matera Centrale station. Staff at reception were helpful and storage of luggage was useful.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic (croissant and coffee) and at a local cafe.
Staff was very accommodating and assisted with making transfer arrangements
Liked: Convenient. 5 minute walk to the center of town.
