  A Luxurious and Unforgettable Stay

  Liked: Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel & Spa is absolutely stunning! From the moment you walk in, the luxurious atmosphere is evident throughout the entire property, from the reception and restaurant to the beautiful spa area and the rooms. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, creating an elegant, peaceful and truly special experience. The rooms are gorgeous and unique, blending luxury with the charm and character of the cave surroundings. What made our stay even more memorable was the staff, who were incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The whole property has such a relaxing and exclusive feel to it, making it the perfect place to unwind and indulge in a little luxury. We honestly wished we had booked a few more nights, as one night simply wasn’t enough to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. It’s a truly special place, and I would absolutely love to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended

  An incredible place in a great location!

  Liked: This hotel is awesome!! The cave rooms are impressive and everything was clean and comfortable. The location is great. You are right in the historic area, where you can walk to restaurants, bars, etc.

  A truly memorable stay in a unique property, with wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!

  Liked: Aquatio is a beautiful property, exactly as shown in the pictures. The authentic cave rooms, combined with contemporary furnishings, create a truly unique and stylish atmosphere. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring the historic heart of Matera. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. As we had to leave very early in the morning, the lovely lady at reception thoughtfully offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us. Such a nice and caring gesture! We were traveling by car and received very clear and helpful parking instructions in advance. The taxi transfer from the parking area to the hotel was also perfectly arranged, making our arrival smooth and stress-free.
