Liked: We didn’t meet the host in person, but we were given all the information needed for an easy check-in. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was very good. The location is also great, and if you drive around the surrounding blocks a little, there are plenty of free parking options nearby.

Disliked: The only downside for us was the AC, which didn’t cool the room as much as we would have liked. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the place!

A pleasant stay at the heart of Matera

Liked: The room was located approximately 5 walking minutes from the historical city centre. It was modern and clean. The bathroom was also clean and had all the necessities. The bed was cosy with nice pillows. In addition, there was A/C in the room.

Disliked: There was no refrigerator, which was needed.

Overall, a clean, comfortable stay in a great location near the old city center

Liked: I was very surprised to find the room so clean and the bed comfortable. We had some cookies and water waiting on the table. The room is not big, but it was perfect for our stay. The bathroom had everything we needed. The air conditioning cooled down the room perfectly for the period we were there and, importantly, the AC was clean. Please keep it like that, as this is very important to us. All in all, I do recommend booking here, as you are close to the old city center and there is a large public parking area nearby.
