  Great location, great room!

  Liked: We stay in double room, king room, near old town, bars and local bus station. I would say ideal location. Host replies in 30 minutes usually, best is to reach him via whatsupp in advance. Self check in.

  Liked: Central location. Okay for short stay.

  Disliked: Was very dirty and missing lots of basic things like a bin for trash and recycling. The coffee maker had a used coffee pod left in it but there were no coffee pods left for us to use. Our front door to get into our apartment was next to the lockboxes for all apartments in the building so people kept trying to get into our apartment at all hours as it wasn't clear that this was a singular apartment and not an entry to an apartment building. My husband had to open the door and tell some people that this wasn't their door as they tried for a good 10 minutes. The upper windows in the flat had no curtains so the outside light lit up the whole room making it hard to sleep.

  good enough for a night or two

  Liked: location - very close to the town centre and the station

  Disliked: the room was not the one we were made to think we were booking, there was a pile of dirty towels and full bin on the floor when we arrived which the cleaner forgot to remove, when we contacted the owner about the rubbish and incorrect room he was very rude, saying we should not trouble him with this or he would cancel our stay. we only stayed one night and after we left we were asked by the owner to pay him the tourist tax (paid to him before we vacated the property) and parking fee (we did not have a car). we explained it all to him but a day or two later we received a claim for "damages" which we refused to pay for the above reasons. I would say the owners attitude was the main negative factor.

  I would never stay there again in my life

  Liked: Good location.

  Disliked: I read the owner was rude in other comments, but I couldn’t imagine how much. Right after my stay he called us requiring extra money accusing us of having a bigger party than we told them. My wife, my kid and I were the only party, a party of 3. He said 4 people slept in the room. His evidences: the number is towel used and the configuration of the sofa bed (which we didn’t touch). I even sent a video of the 3 of us to him, in complete disbelief of what I was being forced to do facing such accusation. It did not work, he continued threading us, saying we should pay him, otherwise it would be much more consequential. He even said he is “used to deal with this type of people like you” (all of these are are documented in screenshots). I had to contact booking.com to deal with his threatening and extortion.
