Liked: The host was absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring Matera. Although the place is not very spacious, it had everything we needed and was beautifully renovated. It was also clean and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay!

Disliked: For people with mobility issues, access may be challenging, as there is no elevator.

Love this place. Will rent again when I come back to Matera

Liked: Clean, spacious with modern interior decoration. It is very close to the old town of Matera. It was a 5 minute walk to the center of the old town. There is a paid parking lot next to the apartment if you have a car and you get a discount per the owner of the apartment.

Disliked: No elevator and difficult to bring up or down heavy luggage.

  Great location

Liked: Super location. It's right in front of the ZTL zone, which means, you can go by car, park your car, and explore everything on foot. You will reach Matera city center in less than 2 minutes and have everything nearby. Checking-in and out was smooth and easy. The room is quite small but has everything you need for a short stay. The room is facing the street but I would say the soundproof is pretty good.

Disliked: Parking is €25 per 24 hours (flat rate), if you park shorter, there will be no refund. The water splashes out of the shower box because of poor design.
