  Liked: Fabulous property in a wonderful location, a short walk away from the Sassi. The owner was super kind and helped us carry our bags, told us where to park and gave us recommendations for restaurants. Comfy beds and clean room. This was a total bargain and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

  Liked: The room is very clean, with conformable bed. Location is good, you can easily find free parking space and you are in epicen just in five minutes. Mario is great host, willing to please everyone. Highly recommend this place

  Amazing stay close to the Sassi

  Liked: Superb location, Sassi and city center within 5-10 minutes walk, 10 mins away from the train/bus station. Super nice room, super clean, the host Mario was very attentive and very responsive. Ideal room for us as a couple for a short stay/city break. There are at least 2 pizza restaurants very very close and 2 cafes and probably even more that we did not notice. Also felt very safe!

  Disliked: Just some noice from whatever/whoevee is on the upper floor of the building which is not a huge deal but just wanted to mention it here. Perhaps other rooms were even more quiet.
