  Ok for a short stay (1 day) but not longer

  Liked: Short distance from old town, good internet and free parking easy to find. Easy payment and communication for check in / check out.

  Disliked: Feels like an underground apartment with little natural light. Can be noisy as you are immediately in the street with cars passing close by. No good smell in the apartment. Air conditionning not very strong.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was great and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Daniele was very attentive throughout our stay, and communication was always prompt and easy. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Disliked: The only minor issue was that the shower enclosure did not close completely, which caused some water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

  I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Matera

  Liked: Very close to main sights and restaurants. Comfortable apartment with everything needed for a great stay. The owner's communication beyond good. She asked if we arrived, is everything or if we need anything. When we checked in we found a wonderful tourist map and even a little magnet souvenir. Also recommendations for restaurants. She went out of her way to make sure we have a great stay

  Liked: Even though the check-in was contactless, we felt warmly welcomed from the very start. The instructions were clear and the process was perfectly organized. The host went above and beyond by providing custom Google Maps walking tours for both day and night, along with restaurant recommendations and a thoughtful Matera magnet as a souvenir. While it wasn't a full seated breakfast, having coffee, tea, biscuits, cereals and fresh croissants delivered at 7:30 AM
