  Our Booking Was Cancelled Suddenly, just an Hour away from Arriving by Bus

  Liked: The Location of this Room was the reason we picked the place but we did not get a chance to stay there.

  Disliked: Lo splendore dei Sassi cancelled our booking whilst we were less than an hour away on a Bus to Matera. The host maintained no contact with us after cancelling. We had to quickly scramble to find alternative accommodation.

  Great location in the old town of Matera

  Liked: Great location in the old town of Matera. Restaurants, churches, shops on your door step. Within minutes you have the fantastic panoramic view of Matera.

  Disliked: Taking your rubbish with you at the end was a bit awkward.

  Liked: Very successful stay! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very well equipped. Great location – close to restaurants, cafés, and the main attractions, while the area itself was peaceful. The host was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend it and would gladly return! 😊

  Disliked: It would be great if it were possible to leave our luggage after check-out.
