Liked: A very well-equipped and modern flat with plenty of space. Just under 20 minutes from the old town and the Sassi. A safe area, also at night. It was no problem to park the car on the street. There are plenty of free parking spaces around the flat. The hosts were very quick to respond and very helpful, even when we encountered difficulties. Easy self-check-in. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in the comfortable and beautiful apartment. We would recommend it

Liked: The apartment was beautiful and excellent, spotlessly clean and had 2 bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very good wifi and even Netflix on tv! The bed and pillows were very good. Parking outside was no problem and free. The place was on the first floor plus there are also a few inside steps. The location is not near the old town and Sassi area hence the good parking on the street.

Disliked: The bathroom was beautiful but the waterflow in the shower was at certain times intermittent.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment with great communication and a convenient location close to Sassi di Matera

Liked: Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was very clean, tidy, functional, comfortable, and spacious, including the bathroom. Perfect for 3–4 people. Communication with Nico via WhatsApp was smooth and quick. The location is also very convenient — only about 15 minutes from Sassi di Matera. Highly recommended.
