  Beautiful views and cool cave room!

  Liked: Beautiful place. Stayed in cave room and it was super cool. The views over the sassi are amazing!!! Best place to stay! Great restaurant recommendations as well.

  Disliked: Would have liked some yogurt or something as part of breakfast box. But still most amazing place.

  Incredible stay in Matera - the view is spectacular!

  Liked: Torretta ai Sassi was the perfect Matera stay! Beautiful rooms, great communication, an incredible location with amazing views! The proprietor was absolutely lovely and helpful with great restaurant and site suggestions. Take advantage of cocktails and snacks on the terrace for the sunset - Highly recommend!

  Spectacular B&B in the Sassi with amazing views

  Liked: Our room was A+. Very comfortable and clean, well appointed with extra toiletries, small mini bar and coffee/tea. The bed is very comfortable, the terrace and view superb.

  Amazing views at this unique location and great service from Valentina!

  Liked: Personal touch and superb communication from Valentina. The Toretta must be the place with the most amazing views of stunning Matera, make sure to book room with your private terrace.

  Disliked: All truly wonderful! Only small issie being the emergency light in the room. Not ideal for those who prefer total darkness at night.

  Wonderful, comfortable stay in a spectacular setting

  Liked: This accommodation is honestly next to none. It is stunning, the room is incredibly clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming… absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail is amazing. Valentina was a joy to deal with. I travelled with my partner and friends around Puglia and this accommodation was by far the best. The location is perfect. Very close to everything. Valentina’s dining recommendations were wonderful. The view from the accommodation is absolutely gorgeous. The garden very comfortable. The beds are so comfy! There’s nothing I could fault about this property. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything Valentina.
