  Very cool apartment

  Liked: The apartment is stylish and has Sicilian vibe. Lady from the staff was very kind and helpful.

  Cozy welcoming place, though not advised for unfit visitors. With luggage the climb up is not easy

  Liked: Cozy, well designed interior space, small usable kitchen space, great communication.

  Disliked: This is a general dislike about Modica, including the property- so many steps up very steep hills.

  Good for short stays in Modica

  Liked: The location is good, the apartment has everything that's necessary for a short stay, it's clean and decorated with taste. The bar in which you can have breakfast included in the price has tasty croissants.

  Disliked: You can feel a little bit the humidity inside the apartment,which is a downside for sensitive people. Unfortunately when it comes to breakfast only espressos were included in the price, in order to have a cappuccino we had to pay extra.
