Compact apartment suitable for 2 people. Clean and well stocked with all the essentials required
Liked: The location was excellent - a few step from main street.
A comfortable base for exploring the region
Liked: Good location for shops, restaurants and activities. Strong legs required for hills and steps daily. Tight accommodation for 2 with luggage but manageable, great terrace. Loved the electric fan and helpful courteous owners
Disliked: Finding parking places was a challenge, often requiring long walks and paying at meter.

I would easily stay here my next time in Modica
Liked: The location was amazingly close and an easy walk around Modica. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. After ten days, it felt quite homey! The cave shower was huge and a hoot with almost instant hot water. The owner responded very fast to my few questions.
Disliked: That instant hot water for the shower came from a smallish water heater and meant that the shower had to be brief! While out of the owner’s control, the motorcycles and scooters constantly revving and reverberating up the narrow, stone street did become rather annoying!

Liked: It is an amazing apartment with everything you need. The host was so helpful and helped us a lot with even sorting out a doctor to help us when our daughter got sick. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Modica
