Lovely hotel and spa in Montecatini
Liked: Very helpful and friendly sevice. Great breakfast.

Nice comfortable room with a good pool and breakfast
Liked: Nice breakfast, was upgraded to a suite for my one night stay which was a lovely surprise, nice swimming pool which I used twice and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Although I was upgraded to a suite the main attraction in this was the jacuzzi bath however the controls had been taken out of this, so I couldn't use it- this wasn't communicated to me during check in which was a bit disappointing.
Liked: From on arrival the staff could not do enough for you. They are very friendly and welcoming. We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and had spa treatments and use of the wellness centre which was fantastic. We will be back to visit.
No. 1 option in Montecatini Terme
Liked: From the moment I entered this hotel, everything went perfectly. The young man at reception is one of most professional people in hotel business I ever came across, so kind, helpful, I even got improved room. Room was very spacious, sparkling clean and I loved the bed and balcony with a view. I even used the pool, and the breakfast and coffee I had were also great.
Disliked: Everything was perfect, 10/10

Liked: The property is a charming family-run business with exceptionally friendly and warm staff who make you feel welcome. The location is ideally placed for exploring Montecatini, to experience the wellness services that a spa town can offer.
Disliked: There is nothing negative to say about this property. I definitely recommend to anyone coming to Montecatini to choose it as their base. It's excellent value for money.
We like this nice hotel and recommend it
Liked: We stayed at this hotel second time and we were happy to have a nice time there. Thanks all who making a good service for us - front desk workers, cleaning staff, all people who serve a breakfast! We like location it was very comfortable for us. If we come again to Montecatini would be nice to stay there.
Disliked: We don’t have any complaints, maybe add more vegetables on breakfast if possible.
