  Liked: The location near the autoroute. Good breakfast.

  Disliked: The bathroom looks dated and in need of restoration. The room was not very clean. The AC can't be turned off in the room. You need to call the reception to turn it off or on!

  Good base for exploring

  Liked: The hotel is in a good location, with easy access to the motorway, making it an excellent base for visiting Pisa and Lucca. Having on-site parking (for a fee) is a real bonus. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

  Disliked: We had an issue with the TV, which wasn't working, and we had been looking forward to watching an important World Cup match. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable. The bathroom could use some refurbishment, and the hotel lifts did not inspire much confidence.

  toilet blockage ……

  Liked: Not a four star rating, damaged lamps, toilet sanitation not emptied, and total blocked toilet for almost one week, no help to rectify that problem. Tired, tatty hotel. Not a high class hotel
