Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: There was a blonde receptipnist that was very kind, even charging my phone with her charger after an incompatibility between my charger and power outlet. Breakfast spread was great.
Liked: Lovely comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. The spa facilities and rooftop terrace are excellent bonuses
Disliked: Montecatini Terme did not impress us, but we chose the hotel for relaxation and not location. Montecatini Alto is well worth a trip though
Great Stay
Liked: It was a good location and everything was walking distance.
Disliked: There was a foul smell coming from the wash basin in the bathroom.
Disliked: It was very dirty in the room with someone’s hair. No bottled water. “Fresh” towels with bad smell
Nice Hotel
Liked: Pool Area is lovely, and the pool is cold which is refreshing when its hot, modern building, 10 min walk to centre. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Lunch at the pool bar was passable, charging 5* prices however lacking quality. Poor Air Conditioning within the room. Spa area requires remedial repair work, loose fittings and missing tiles within the indoor pool.
Liked: The atmosphere and the fact that it was very clean
