  Great stay!

  Liked: Spacious, clean. Kitchen applliances (pots, pans, plates, cuttlery) available. Oil, salt, sugar, coffee and tea. Close to train station (Montecatini Centrale) and to the park, 50m from the main square. Would stay here again.

  Disliked: Bit dark in the bedrooms, no central light, byt it is just a minor inconvenience to overall.

  Liked: Very welcoming hosts. When we encountered an issue that was beyond their control, they went above and beyond to offer thoughtful and considerate alternatives. The location is excellent, right outside the train station, making it easy to walk with your luggage. The building also has an elevator, which is a great convenience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the view from the penthouse was beautiful, overlooking the church clock tower.

  Disliked: The only minor downside is that the town remains quite lively late into the evening, and we could hear some of the activity from the apartment until after midnight. That said, the noise was not excessive, and we were still able to sleep comfortably.

  I would come back!

  Liked: I really enjoyed my stay in Montecatini Terme. I stayed longer at Marco’s place, and it was truly wonderful. The apartment is contemporary, spacious, and bright, with high ceilings and plenty of room. It has everything you need, and if anything is missing, Marco is very quick to arrange it. He is an excellent host—attentive, kind, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The location is fantastic, right in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, and within easy reach of the thermal baths for treatments.

  Excellent clean centrally located apartment

  Liked: A lovely apartment in a great location! We stayed in this deluxe apartment for 5 nights. Marco was very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Everything was excellent and we would highly recommend this apartment.
