  Fabulous

  Liked: Taxi found the appartment easily. We had a bit of a problem with the wrong code to access the keys but a telephone call to the owner soon sorted it.Great location for seeing both Monticetini and train station 10mins walk with so many connections to Florence Lucca Pisa etc. Apartment had lovely view from balcony where you can relax with a glass of wine. Ensuite bathrooms for everyone was so useful. Would definitely stay again.

  Liked: Great location, everything in there that we needed. Poor quality mattresses. I was emailed to say that we would be met there, and no-one turned up, but managed to open the door electronically, should have been made clear. Very noisy people above us, all night long, and a yapping dog. No dishwasher tablets. I would recommend, but a couple of things need attention.

  Convenient and Spacious

  Liked: Great communication with the owner. The property suited us well. It was a bit worn in places (broken cupboard, exposed wires) but mostly clean and convenient. The hot water stopped working but was fixed within 5 hours. We enjoyed having our own bathrooms, and the view at the front was lovely. Quiet and comfortable.
