  Beautifully clean and comfortable hotel

  Liked: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was part of a package organised by Topflight. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The breakfast was adequate but not wonderful. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and clean. We enjoyed 7 days at the hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Liked: great location near centrum montecatini personel at desk helpfull and friendly personel at poolbar very unfriendly breakfast very poor, no bread at 08h00? for customers, bacon several times reheated and black room small but clean small pool with only a few old umbrella's

  Enjoyable stay

  Liked: Overall this is a good hotel let down by the catering which wasn’t good in terms of appetitibility. I travelled as part of a solo group and we ate twice in the hotel which was a four course meal, too much for me and it wasn’t typical of good Italian cuisine. Otherwise a good hotel in an excellent location, rooms and public areas were very clean. Pool small but adequate for size of hotel

  Great location but no love in delivering a hotel experience

  Liked: This hotel has a great location, is clean and has a nice spa but is run with no love. Reception are nice and warm but when my wallet and cards were robbed of little use. I reported that when I shower my room floods on day 1 but no corrective action. Rooms are sparse and soulless. No paintings no coffee or tea, basic minibar, 5 hangers and tiny toilet are. Shower has minimal lotions, no shelving for your stuff and small. AC functional but not strong enough. 5 hangers provided Only. Breakfast was poor. Tinned fruit, hard scrambled egg, badly cooked American bacon, orange juice was coloured water. I noticed one guest asked for a freshly cooked omelette so I asked too. I was billed extra for it. Not a satisfying experience.

  Italy trip

  Liked: Over all this place was great, being from the US we were not used to the little beds in the room. Since I've never been to Italy before I don't know if this is normal. But again over all this hotel is very nice. It's location was in walking distance of everything. I would have gave it 5 stars if it had bigger beds. Lol

Please note that access to the Thai Silk spa comes at an additional cost. It must be booked prior arrival and is subject to availability. The spa is open daily from 11:30 until 20:30.

Children under 15 years can access the spa pool between 8:00 and 11:00 only. Please contact the property for further information.
