  We had a very pleasant stay in this quiet, peaceful hotel

  Lovely Stay in Montecatini Terme

  Liked: The hotel and staff were fabulous particularly Luigi who kept the drinks flowing in the evenings. The pool was very nice although during the days I ventured in was on the cold side but ok after you did a couple of lengths. breakfast was also very nice with a wide choice of breakfast foods, the made to order omelettes were lovely.

  Disliked: Nothing could have been done better by the hotel it was run very well.

  Very clean and comfortable and close to the furnicular

  Liked: Breakfast was awesome, the clean pool and the comfortable lounges

  Disliked: False advertisement as far as a hot tub/spa. We had not expected to pay extra! The bed was not comfortable

  Great place to stay

  Liked: Good location. Very nice staff across the entire hotel. Great value for money in my opinion.

  Disliked: Only issue was the there was no price list for the drinks at the pool so I wasn’t aware how much we were paying until the final bill arrived upon checkout.

  Ideal location for Northern Tuscany and major sites

  Liked: The pool area is lovely. Nice quiet location not far from the funicular so easy to get to the old town. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Would recommend getting a room with a balcony. Parking is better opposite the hotel in the free car park.

  Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated. Our air con stopped working on the last night.
